Known for her strategic mindset and people-first approach, she has built a career rooted in integrity, accountability, and thoughtful problem-solving. Kendra’s background in organizational leadership and operations equips her with the skills needed to navigate challenges, create clarity, and deliver dependable solutions. She is deeply committed to serving others and believes strong communities are built through trust, transparency, and care. Outside of work, Kendra is a devoted wife to her husband, Rob, and a proud mother of two boys. She is also passionate about giving back and actively supports philanthropic organizations that strengthen families and communities.

Rob Furry has over a decade of entrepreneurial experience built through successfully owning and operating his own businesses. As a former personal trainer and mindfulness practitioner, Rob developed a deep appreciation for discipline, personal growth, and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence. His background in self-employment reflects a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering real results for the people he serves. Now retired from those careers, Rob is channeling that same energy and focus into his passion for real estate and property solutions. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Kendra, of 15 years, and a proud father to two boys, grounding his work in strong family values.
